Our client is looking for an experienced Finance Operations Business Partner to support financial planning, analysis, and operational decision-making. This role will work closely with various departments to enhance financial performance, ensure accurate financial reporting, and drive operational efficiencies within the food and beverage sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with operational teams to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business goals.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making across departments, particularly in areas of cost control, profitability, and process optimization.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial performance and recommend improvements.
  • Support inventory and cost management, analyzing stock levels, cost of goods sold (COGS), and supply chain efficiencies.
  • Manage financial compliance, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Lead or participate in projects to streamline financial processes and implement system improvements.
  • Act as a key finance contact for operational teams, fostering collaboration and providing guidance on financial matters.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business insights.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with cross-functional teams.
  • High proficiency in Excel and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • 5+ years of experience in a finance operations or business partnering role, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, cost control, and financial compliance.
  • Experience in process improvement and project management is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • CPA, CIMA, or equivalent certification is advantageous.
