Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key logistics clients to foster loyalty and trust.
 
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their logistics and supply chain needs promptly and effectively.
 
- Develop and implement customized account plans to achieve client satisfaction and revenue growth.
 
- Identify opportunities for upselling logistics services such as warehousing, freight forwarding, and transportation solutions.
