Our client is looking for a talented, vibrant, and highly motivated Customer Sales Consultant to represent their company as a brand ambassador. This role requires a dedicated individual who can manage customer relationships, provide sales services, and contribute to the company's success in the metal industry.

Responsibilities:

• Service existing customers according to predetermined schedules.
• Manage key accounts and develop the sales territory, including Umbilo, Jacob’s, and Isipingo.
• Regularly update customer information in line with company requirements.
• Achieve sales targets and deliver on sales reports.
• Actively seek new customers through networking and cold calls.
• Maintain credit control by managing payment collections from customers.

Key Skills:

• Proven sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a relevant industry.
• Knowledge of the metal industry will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English (Afrikaans is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage accounts and build long-lasting client relationships.
• Experience in key account management is beneficial.
• Clear criminal and credit history.
• Must reside within Durban City or a 20 km radius.
• South African citizen.

Qualifications:

• Matric (or equivalent).
• A valid driver’s license with no endorsements.
