Our client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Barber to join their team. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of proven experience in the industry and be able to provide evidence of formal training and education in barbering. This position requires someone who is passionate about grooming, has a keen eye for detail, and is available to start immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and other grooming services tailored to client preferences.
• Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and offer professional advice on hair and beard care.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area, tools, and equipment.
• Stay updated with the latest grooming trends, styles, and techniques to offer modern services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Manage appointments efficiently to ensure smooth workflow and minimize wait times.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations, including the sterilization of tools and equipment.
• Assist with product recommendations and sales when appropriate.
