Our client is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Coach to lead operational excellence and drive business growth. The role involves overseeing key operational metrics, improving customer satisfaction, and optimizing team performance to meet strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive operational and marketing initiatives to achieve targeted sales growth and meet budgeted objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as ROCC audit scores, speed of service, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions to address audit findings and operational gaps.
  • Manage expenses within budgeted limits while identifying areas for cost optimization.
  • Provide accurate financial reports in collaboration with finance teams.
  • Optimize inventory levels to align with the business's stock tolerance, minimizing stock discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular ROCC audits to ensure compliance with operational standards and protocols.
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through continuous improvement initiatives informed by OSAT metrics.
  • Analyze staff turnover metrics and implement retention strategies in collaboration with HR.
  • Identify high-potential employees and develop individualized growth plans.
  • Facilitate training, mentorship, and succession planning to groom future leaders.
