Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Animal Welfare Department, ensuring all projects align with the organization’s mission.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of welfare programs and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards of animal welfare.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including partner organizations and regulatory bodies.
  • Manage the department’s budget, resources, and staff.
  • Prepare reports and present findings to the board and relevant stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and research in animal welfare to continuously improve practices.
