Our client is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Finance and HR team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring efficient administrative operations, with responsibilities including statutory submissions, contract management, and general office support. 

Responsibilities:

  • Statutory Submissions: Oversee and manage all statutory submissions, ensuring they are submitted on time.
  • Company Resolutions: Ensure company resolutions are signed and sent to the Board.
  • Company Registration: Assist with company registration processes as needed.
  • Board Meetings: Take minutes during board meetings and manage related documentation.
  • Email Management: Monitor the CFO’s emails and assist with responses when necessary.
  • Contract Administration: Manage contract-related tasks, including updating, filing, and renewing contracts.
  • Department Efficiency: Help improve efficiencies within the finance department and coordinate regular meetings.
  • Liaison Tasks: Liaise with financial institutions and SARS to support company operations.
  • Ad Hoc Administration: Handle various ad hoc administrative tasks to support the team.
  • HR Assistance: Assist the HR Manager with administrative tasks related to HR functions.

  • Competency in MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and internet usage.
