Our client is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Finance and HR team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring efficient administrative operations, with responsibilities including statutory submissions, contract management, and general office support.
Responsibilities:
- Statutory Submissions: Oversee and manage all statutory submissions, ensuring they are submitted on time.
- Company Resolutions: Ensure company resolutions are signed and sent to the Board.
- Company Registration: Assist with company registration processes as needed.
- Board Meetings: Take minutes during board meetings and manage related documentation.
- Email Management: Monitor the CFO’s emails and assist with responses when necessary.
- Contract Administration: Manage contract-related tasks, including updating, filing, and renewing contracts.
- Department Efficiency: Help improve efficiencies within the finance department and coordinate regular meetings.
- Liaison Tasks: Liaise with financial institutions and SARS to support company operations.
- Ad Hoc Administration: Handle various ad hoc administrative tasks to support the team.
- HR Assistance: Assist the HR Manager with administrative tasks related to HR functions.
