Responsibilities

• Identify and engage top talent across various job roles, particularly within the fleet, logistics, and transportation industries.
• Utilise job boards, databases, and networking strategies to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for roles.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and sourcing strategies.
• Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent sourcing.

Qualifications
