Our client is looking for a skilled and experienced Site Foreman to oversee construction activities on-site, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all Foreman-related tasks on-site, covering wet works, finishing, or general foreman duties.
• Effectively manage assigned staff, including monitoring clock cards.
• Maintain quality checklists for assigned work packages.
• Verify site measurements and assist with inspection checklists.
• Communicate daily site requirements, such as material shortages.
• Ensure planned work is executed according to the agreed schedule.
• Oversee material availability to prevent delays.
• Ensure quality control on all site work.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct mini risk assessments for planned work.
• Inspect tools before use.
• Adhere to and enforce workplace health & safety regulations.
