Our client is looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual for a Business Sales Role to drive business development and sales across South Africa and the SADC region, including Lesotho, Swaziland, and Namibia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and the ability to excel in a competitive, high-turnover environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across South Africa and cross-border regions (Lesotho, Swaziland, Namibia).
- Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of services within the logistics, supply chain, and transportation industries.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships within the region.
- Navigate high-turnover environments with a focus on consistent service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Implement effective communication structures to streamline sales operations and client interactions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify and leverage growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for senior management.
