Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with extensive exposure to strategic projects, particularly in the transport industry. This individual will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving performance, and supporting the growth of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnering with senior leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that enhance business performance, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business goals and objectives.
  • Lead HR initiatives related to talent management, employee development, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies, ensuring the right talent is in place to support the business.
  • Drive employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance company culture and employee satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance on labor relations, conflict resolution, and employee disciplinary actions.
  • Manage HR compliance, ensuring adherence to labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Support the development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommend improvements for business performance.
  • Lead HR projects aimed at improving efficiency, productivity, and operational effectiveness.
  • Oversee training and development programs, ensuring employees are equipped with the necessary skills to meet business needs.

  • Proven ability to partner with leadership teams and drive strategic HR initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and industry-specific regulations (especially in transport/logistics).

  • Strong experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Ability to analyze data and HR metrics to drive informed decision-making.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing teams.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, with a strong background in the transport or logistics industry.
  • Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR software and systems.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is advantageous).
