Our client in the beverage manufacturing/FMCG industry is seeking an experienced and strategic Managing Director to lead their business operations and drive growth. The role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of the FMCG market, brand development, and operational excellence to steer the company towards achieving its business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company’s growth objectives in the beverage sector.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and brand vision.
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand the company's footprint and increase market share.
  • Operational Management:
  • Drive operational efficiency across production, distribution, and supply chain functions.
  • Oversee the financial health of the business, managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
  • Implement performance management systems to monitor progress and drive accountability across all departments.
  • Invest in team development through training, mentoring, and talent management initiatives.
  • Brand Growth and Marketing:
