Our client is looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented professional to join their team as an Analyst: QC, Review & Reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure solution outputs meet required standards.
  • Continuously monitor and improve existing quality measures.
  • Maintain a knowledge repository of quality management documentation and templates, ensuring alignment with established standards.
  • Ensure solution governance, including NDA adherence and data management.
  • Create and execute corrective action plans to address quality issues and non-conformance.
  • Prepare, analyze, and distribute various reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Design and maintain reporting templates that meet quality standards and ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide status updates on solution projects and assist with pipeline management.
  • Support the creation of external communications, such as case studies, and assist in arranging workshops or seminars.

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of quality management methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive meaningful insights from data.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting outputs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Expertise in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic financial management skills.
  • Knowledge of supply chain concepts and industry dynamics.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain concepts and familiarity with related industries.
  • Experience in quality management and reporting is essential.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management (NQF Level 7 or higher).
