Responsibilities

• Lead the management team, providing strategic guidance and operational oversight.

• Make key decisions on finance, operations, and corporate strategy.

• Represent the organization in industry forums, media engagements, and public relations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory bodies.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Drive innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
