Our client is looking for a Group Assets and Treasury Clerk to manage treasury and asset management functions while ensuring compliance with financial protocols and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Treasury

  • Download, review, and distribute bank statements to relevant teams.

  • Update receipts and send bank details to the AR department.
  • Prepare and allocate intercompany payments and third-party payments.
  • Manage intercompany transfers across all entities.
  • Process cashbook for all shared service companies.
  • Ensure zero balance for bank clearing accounts daily for all share service companies.
  • Process petty cash for specified company accounts.
  • Oversee daily COD payments and bank payments across shared service companies.
  • Load SAP payments and maintain beneficiary lists.
  • Reconcile all bank clearing accounts weekly.
  • Asset Management

  • Update asset acquisition schedules and records for shared services.
  • Manage and monitor assets under construction for shared service companies.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing asset reports.
  • Oversee asset transfers, disposals, and capturing.
  • Ensure proper reconciliation of monthly asset acquisition schedules.
  • Maintain internal orders for investments.
  • Other Requirements
  • Support year-end audit file preparation and related tasks.
  • Undertake additional tasks as directed by management related to finance.
  • Ensure strict adherence to deadlines.

Key Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) and SAP.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for financial processes.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in bookkeeping or asset management.
  • Proven experience in managing SAP or equivalent enterprise systems.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or certificate in advanced bookkeeping or a related field.
