We are seeking an experienced IT Knowledge Transfer Specialist with a solid background in application support for enterprise-level systems built on the Microsoft .NET technology stack (C#, ASP.NET, MS SQL Server, IIS), as well as React and Docker.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless transfer of technical and operational knowledge between teams, supporting the stabilization and sustainability of systems post-deployment. This role requires a structured approach to incident, problem, and change management, with strong documentation, training, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute knowledge transfer plans to ensure effective handover of technical and support knowledge between teams (e.g., project to operations, vendor to internal teams).

Document system configurations, operational procedures, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs.

Deliver training sessions, workshops, and walkthroughs for support and operational teams.

Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and support analysts to capture critical technical insights.

Review and validate existing documentation for completeness, accuracy, and relevance.

Maintain a centralized knowledge repository using tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, or ServiceNow Knowledge Base.

Support incident and problem management by ensuring lessons learned and resolutions are documented and shared.

Ensure application support teams are fully equipped to maintain systems built on .NET (C#, ASP.NET), MS SQL Server, IIS, React, and Docker.

Identify knowledge gaps and implement targeted training or mentoring to close them.

Contribute to continuous improvement of knowledge management processes and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in application support for enterprise-level systems.

Strong technical proficiency in:

Microsoft .NET Framework (C#, ASP.NET)

MS SQL Server – writing queries, performance troubleshooting

IIS – configuration and maintenance

React – understanding of front-end structure and support processes

Docker – deployment and environment management

Proven experience with incident, problem, and change management processes (ITIL preferred).

Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear and understandable content.

Excellent communication and presentation skills for conducting training and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Experience using collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Notion, ServiceNow).
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

ITIL Foundation Certification or equivalent experience.

Familiarity with DevOps or Agile environments.
