What You’ll Be Doing

• Running the show on shift – making sure operations flow smoothly across departments.
• Handling guest check-ins, queries, and special requests with warmth and professionalism.
• Supporting and guiding staff during busy service times.
• Keeping an eye on standards – from housekeeping to food & beverage.
• Jumping in where needed to keep service seamless.
• Reporting back to management on daily operations, guest feedback, and any issues.
• Ensuring health, safety, and compliance standards are always met.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has hospitality or lodge management experience (supervisory or duty manager level).
• Is hands-on, approachable, and calm under pressure.
• Loves working with people – both guests and staff.
• Has strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Can take charge when needed but also works well as part of a team.
• Is willing to live on-site and embrace the game farm lifestyle.
