Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to oversee and manage supply chain operations, ensuring seamless coordination between stock, transport, warehouse activities, and customer interactions. This role is crucial in maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Stock Reconciliation:
• Ensure accurate tracking of incoming and outgoing stock.
• Verify stock levels and maintain proper documentation.
• Transport Coordination:
• Manage logistics for transport between farms, warehouses, and container stacks.
• Monitor load control for transport vehicles, whether in-house or subcontracted.
• Warehouse Operations:
• Coordinate offloading and storage operations at the warehouse.
• Optimize space usage and maintain inventory organization.
• Customer and Vendor Liaison:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
• Collaborate with shipping vendors to source containers, manage loading, and coordinate transport schedules.
• Administrative Duties:
• Manage internal and external data reporting for the full supply chain.
• Maintain accurate records to ensure compliance and enhance operational efficiency.

• 3+ years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
• Familiarity with transport and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with logistics or ERP systems is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of compliance and inventory management practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
