Our client is looking for an innovative and people-focused HR Manager to drive human resources strategy, ensuring alignment with operational goals and fostering a culture of collaboration and growth. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the selection of top talent to meet organizational needs.
  • Manage employee onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance skillsets and performance.
  • Lead performance management processes, including appraisals and goal setting, to foster continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices in all HR functions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights and recommendations on workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Oversee payroll processes and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies.
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies to promote a secure and productive work environment.
  • Manage HR reporting and analytics to provide data-driven insights for decision-making.

Qualifications:
