Our client is looking for a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a prominent organization in the financial services sector. The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, driving growth, and ensuring the organization remains a trusted and innovative leader in the market. The ideal candidate must be a Lesotho national with a strong track record of leadership and a deep understanding of the financial services landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization’s strategic plan to achieve business objectives and market leadership.
- Provide strong, ethical leadership and cultivate a high-performance culture aligned with the organization’s values.
- Drive innovation in product offerings and services to meet customer needs and enhance competitive positioning.
- Oversee financial management, ensuring profitability, sustainability, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Represent the organization in dealings with key stakeholders, including clients, government bodies, regulators, and partners.
- Monitor and mitigate risks to safeguard the organization’s reputation and operations.
- Foster talent development and succession planning to build a resilient and capable workforce.
- Ensure the organization complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and governance standards.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
