Join our group of luxury game farms as a Fleet Manager. We're looking for someone who isn’t confined to a desk and knows exactly what's happening with the fleet – must be mechanically minded.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Oversee and manage the entire fleet of vehicles across all game farms.

·        Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on vehicles.

·        Ensure all vehicles are in optimal condition and ready for use.

·        Monitor and track vehicle usage and performance.

·        Coordinate with drivers and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

·        Handle any vehicle-related issues promptly and efficiently.

·        Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.

·        Implement and enforce fleet management policies and procedures.

·        Control and reduce transportation costs.

·        Be actively involved in day-to-day operations, including hands-on work with vehicles.

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

1.     Ensure all vehicles are regularly maintained and inspected.

2.     Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle maintenance.

3.     Respond promptly to any vehicle-related issues.

4.     Ensure adherence to safety protocols.

5.     Monitor and track vehicle performance effectively.

6.     Control and reduce transportation costs.

7.     Implement and follow fleet management policies.

8.     Achieve a high level of vehicle readiness and reliability.

9.     Establish strong relationships with drivers and other staff.

10.    Provide efficient and hands-on support for daily operations.

 

Qualifications:

·        Qualified Diesel Mechanic

·        Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or similar role.

·        Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet management.

·        Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

·        Ability to work hands-on with vehicles and not just from a desk.

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

·        Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.

 

Salary:

·        Negotiable depending on experience
