Our client is seeking an Export Manager to join their team based in JHB.

• Engage with airlines on space, pricing, and queries.

• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

• Manage client-specific/unit/division budgets.

• Ensure controls are in place.

• Report on financial matters.

• Develop a high-performing team.

• Support in managing performance and development of staff.

• Perform ad hoc duties as required.

Qualifications:

• National Certificate, Advanced Diploma, B Tech Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.

• Degree in Freight or Transport Management (advantageous).

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) (advantageous).

• Over 7 years of experience in a similar position.

• More than 15 years of experience within the Supply Chain, Shipping, Airfreight, and Logistics Industry.

• Knowledge of international trade regulations, import/export laws, and industry standards.

• Technical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and export management tools, or ERP systems.
