Our client is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Managing all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
• Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
• Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organisation.
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
• Build positive relationships with customer.

Skills:

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• A trade certification (such as Millwright, Electrician, or Diesel Mechanic) is beneficial for specialized industries.
• 2+ years of experience in field service, maintenance, or equipment repair.
• Industry-specific experience in manufacturing, automotive, IT, medical devices, or telecommunications is beneficial.
