Our client is looking for a dynamic and proactive T/A Merchandiser to support the retail sales team through effective merchandising, store execution, and brand representation. Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent and high-quality merchandising execution across designated retail outlets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff and managers

• Monitor stock levels and manage stock rotation to minimise returns

• Implement promotional activities and point-of-sale material as per store plans

• Report on store performance, stock issues, competitor activity and customer feedback

• Provide support to the sales team by ensuring brand visibility and shelf dominance

• Ensure all in-store displays reflect the brand’s clean and vibrant identity

• Travel regularly between store locations as required

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment

• Basic data reporting skills and familiarity with retail systems/tools

• Prior experience in merchandising or retail sales support, preferably in FMCG

• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport

• Comfortable with frequent travel between stores

• Fluency in English; additional South African languages advantageous

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12)
