Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize construction chemical formulations, including adhesives, coatings, and sealants.

• Conduct laboratory testing and analysis to ensure product quality and performance.

• Collaborate with R&D teams to enhance existing products and create innovative solutions.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.

• Provide technical support to internal teams and clients regarding product applications.

• Analyze raw materials and recommend improvements for cost-effectiveness and sustainability.

• Stay up to date with market trends and advancements in construction chemistry.
