Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Manager to lead their technical operations in Montague Gardens. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong technical background and a passion for innovation, efficiency, and team development.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all technical operations, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the technical team to drive continuous improvement.
• Implement and maintain preventive maintenance programs for machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring production targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and operational goals.
• Manage budgets, cost control, and procurement of technical supplies and equipment.
• Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices for continuous innovation.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of compliance, safety, and quality assurance standards.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations.
• Proficiency in technical software and reporting tools is an advantage.
