Our client is seeking a Deputy Deboning Manager to join their team, based in Delmas.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of production plans in coordination with various units and the Sales Department, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.

• Support the creation of plans for raw material requirements, input specifications, and technical standards.

• Oversee and follow the production processes at all stages, ensuring adherence to industry standards and maximizing production efficiency.

• Monitor final production quantities and quality, ensuring compliance with market requirements and contractual obligations.

• Generate and maintain daily and periodic reports related to slaughter and production activities.

• Ensure the safety of production processes, minimizing risks associated with microbial contamination or industrial defects.

• Knowledgeable in beef cuts, HACCP, ISO standards, and reporting protocols.

• Adapt quickly to changing customer needs and industry demands.

• Conduct daily stocktaking and inventory management.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a deboning or similar production environment.

• Proficiency with computer applications and reporting software.
