Our client is a well established client with an International client base who is looking for additional team member to grow sales in the SADC region. 

Salary:

Negotiable

Responsibilities:

  • Leading sales and negotiations with clients;
  • Leading contract preparations between clients and our team;
  • Looking for potential clients within mining, logistics, agriculture, food industries, among others;
  • Conducting on-site visits to client facilities, ports, rail and road infrastructures;
  • Preparing cost analysis (calculation) of clients’ existing or potential alternative handling, warehousing, and logistics processes;
  • Making calculations for business offers (for clients), preparing marketing documents;
  • Making contract support for current clients including any technical tasks.;
  • The work also involves reporting in the CRM system.

Key Skills:

  • Additional languages, such as French and Portuguese, are an advantage.
  • A strong technical and commercial mindset.
  • Experience in preparation of project cost calculations and estimates.
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in business correspondence.
  • Ability to deliver impactful presentations and conduct effective negotiations.
  • Expertise in sales and ability to build trust and strong relationships with clients.
  • Experiences of ocean, rail and road logistics, mining industries, warehousing and port management are an advantage.
  • Ambition to grow professionally with the ability to set and achieve tangible goals.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for work within SADC region.

Qualifications:

  • Higher education, (a technical qualification be a beneficial).
  • You must have the right to work in Zimbabwe, South Africa or Mozambique already. No work permits are being considered for this position.
