Our client is looking for a Warehouse Administrator to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely communication with internal teams and customers, and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The role requires a proactive approach to meet deadlines and availability after hours and on weekends when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all orders, shipments, and related activities.
- Receive and process necessary documentation for loads, including delivery notes, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Compile packing lists, stock sheets, and required reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide pre-advice on container details as needed.
- Communicate with customers, providing updates on order status.
- Address and resolve customer queries promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor stack dates and ensure timely delivery, packing, or unpacking of cargo.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to avoid delays or storage fees.
- Be available after hours and on weekends to manage urgent logistics needs.
