Our client is looking for a Regional Sales Manager who is dynamic, results-driven, and has a strong background in FMCG, particularly in the beverages sector. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in achieving sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and a deep understanding of market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies are also essential for this role
Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned region.

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales volume and revenue in line with company objectives.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and identify and acquire new clients.

  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity within the region to identify opportunities and threats.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the regional market.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing and promotional activities.

  • Ensure effective brand presentation and product placement at retail locations.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to management.

  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies.

  • Train and mentor junior sales staff and ensure they are equipped with the necessary product knowledge and sales skills.

  • Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure adequate product availability and manage inventory levels effectively within the region.

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
