• Oversee and manage the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow projections.
• Monitor and control company expenditures, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors and stakeholders.
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for decision-making.
• Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development.
• Optimize financial processes and implement best practices.
