We are looking for a skilled Wireless Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with an ISP that builds and maintains its own infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain wireless infrastructure using Cambium, Ubiquiti, MikroTik, and similar equipment.

• Set up and troubleshoot internal networking, including routers, switches, and in-home Wi-Fi optimization.

• Perform site assessments and recommend the best wireless solutions for clients.

• Conduct wireless signal testing and optimize links for maximum efficiency.

• Handle customer interactions professionally, explaining technical concepts in a way clients understand.

• Assist with sales, upselling services when appropriate based on customer needs.

• Provide technical support and problem-solving for clients, ensuring high satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate installation and service records.

Skills:

• Ability to diagnose and resolve networking issues effectively.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical clients.

• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally, including problem resolution and sales.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the ISP industry, particularly in wireless networking and infrastructure deployment.

• Proficiency in working with Cambium, Ubiquiti, MikroTik, and other wireless networking technologies.

• Strong understanding of internal networking and how home/business networks function.

• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for installations.
