What We Are Looking For

• Valid South African ID or work permit
• At least 2 years recent experience in a hotel or upmarket restaurant
• Matric Grade 12
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Professional appearance, reliability and punctuality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm, confident and organised during busy service
• A genuine passion for guest service and a guest first mindset
• Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Team player with positive energy and a service driven attitude

What You Will Do

• Welcome guests with warmth, confidence and professionalism
• Guide guests through menus, recommend specials and offer personalised service
• Deliver food and beverages with precision, ensuring every plate and pour is perfect
• Maintain a polished and inviting dining environment
• Anticipate guest needs and manage queries with care and confidence
• Create opportunities to delight through upselling and suggestive selling
• Support your team during peak periods to ensure smooth service flow
• Uphold strict hygiene, safety and service standards at all times
