Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Requirement: Grade 12 / N4
• Advantageous: Administration Diploma
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a workshop environment with strong administrative experience.
• Experience as Hino Service Advisor would be advantages

Key Responsibilities (not limit to)

• Customer Service Excellence: Handle customer satisfaction and complaints with professionalism and care.
• Workshop Planning: Oversee workshop utilization capacity and ensure smooth operations.
• Invoicing & Claims: Prepare retail and internal invoicing and manage claims efficiently.
• Job Card Management: Open, process, and monitor job cards for repairs, maintenance, and service. Communication & Liaison: Act as the main contact between customers and Volvo, ensuring accurate information transfer.
• Workshop Support: Assist Technicians with VST’s & RST’s, manage workshop administration, and maintain the maintenance parts store.
