ABOUT THE JOB

The Business Data Analyst - ERP & Reporting (Odoo) will be responsible to transform raw operational data into accurate, actionable insights that support decision-making, improve efficiency, and enable reporting across the company’s Operational Departments using Odoo.

The Business Data Analyst - ERP & Reporting (Odoo) will also be expected to collaborate closely with Operational Managers, the GM, and COO to understand reporting needs, business context, and operational drivers, in order to build, maintain, and improve interactive Power BI dashboards for real-time and predictive insights. The Business Data Analyst - ERP & Reporting (Odoo) would enable self-service reporting by setting up reusable templates and visualizations, as well as, interpret data to identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers.

This role will be expected to present insights to Operational Managers, the GM, and COO in an accessible and actionable format and provide recommendations based on historical patterns and forward-looking projections. This will include, building data views that support operational triggers (e.g., stock thresholds, order delays, OTIF) and integrating forecasting insights into operational reporting tools.

WHAT OTHER DETAILS / EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS MAKE OUR EYES LIGHT UP, YOU ASK?

  1. Minimum 2 years' experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence
  2. Experience within a Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations role (with strong data/reporting exposure
  3. Strong understanding of operations, warehousing, supply chain, or retail business data
  4. Fully comfortable working with ERP systems (preferably Odoo)
  1. Strong knowledge of Power BI and data visualization best practices
  2. Ability to manage a number of dependencies (Operational Managers)
  3. Strong SQL skills for querying and transforming data
  4. Solid understanding of business operations (ideally supply chain, sales, or warehousing)
  5. Bachelor’s degree in Aata Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems or any other relevant fields
  6. Power BI Certification will be advantageous
  7. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
  8. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with high attention to detail.
  9. Ability to travel between 3 branches (short distances). Drivers Licence and Vehicle preferable.
  10. Computer proficient MS Office, Word/Excel/Power Point.
