Job Description: Human Resource Director

Location:

Job Duties:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Design and implement training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Manage compensation and benefits plans
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programmes
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven work experience as an HR Director or similar executive role
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy, along with excellent leadership skills

  • Professional HR certification such as CIPD
  • Experience in the construction and manufacturing industries

Working Conditions:
