Our client is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Pioneer to represent their brand, across retail outlets in the Western Cape. This individual will play a key role in driving brand visibility, consumer engagement, and in-store activation to grow market share and support sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with store managers, staff, and merchandising teams.

• Ensure excellent execution of brand activations, product displays, and point-of-sale materials.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability in all key outlets.

• Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.

• Report daily on store visits, merchandising outcomes, and activation results.

• Support in training retail staff on product knowledge and brand values.

• Collaborate with the sales team to align field efforts with business objectives.

• Represent the brand with energy, integrity, and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12) required.

• A tertiary qualification in marketing, sales, or a related field is advantageous.

• Previous experience in a promotional, field marketing, or merchandising role preferred.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport essential.
