Job Objectives:
- Are you a process-driven Industrial Engineer with a knack for software implementation and factory optimisation? We’re looking for a results-oriented engineer to support the rollout of our innovative digital manufacturing solutions. In this role, you will work directly with customers to analyse operational processes, implement digital tools, and drive measurable improvements in efficiency and productivity. Experience:
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in an Industrial Engineering or Process Improvement role.
- Experience with software implementation projects within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Experience in business process analysis, process mapping, and optimisation initiatives.
- Practical knowledge of manufacturing systems, factory floor operations, and industrial automation (advantageous).
- Exposure to SaaS (Software as a Service) or digital manufacturing platforms (advantageous)
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with ERP, MES, or related factory information systems (advantageous).
- Project management and client-facing experience essential.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Process Audits & Analysis: Conduct detailed site assessments to map current operational processes and identify areas for digitalisation.
- Software Implementation Support: Assist in configuring, deploying, and testing software solutions according to customer requirements.
- Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers to gather functional requirements, conduct process reviews, and present solution proposals.
- Change Management: Support customer teams in adopting new systems and processes, providing guidance and best practice recommendations.
- Training & Handover: Deliver user training and develop supporting documentation to ensure smooth operational handovers.
- Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing technical and operational support to resolve issues and enhance solution effectiveness.
- Process Optimisation Projects: Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives within customer environments.
- Documentation: Maintain clear, concise records of project activities, site assessments, customer interactions, and process changes.
- Software Testing: Collaborate with development teams to test new functionalities and provide operational feedback.
- Travel Expectations: Industrial Engineers may be required to support various customer sites, including occasional international travel. Historically, this travel averaged between 30% to 40%, but with increased virtual support options, this is currently less frequent but remains possible.
