Position: Restaurant Manager Location: Kloof Street, Cape Town

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth functionality.
  • Lead and mentor front-of-house staff, fostering a positive team environment.
  • Develop and update service protocols to enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure high standards of service quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage costs efficiently.
  • Handle restaurant budgets and maintain financial records.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Address any restaurant-related issues promptly and effectively.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure environments with ease.
  • Hospitality management qualifications are a plus.
