Job Title: Salesforce Developer – OmniStudio & Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in OmniStudio (Vlocity) and Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to design and deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions within a financial services environment. The role focuses on building guided, data-driven user experiences and robust Salesforce customizations aligned with industry best practices.


Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).

  • Configure and customize Financial Services Cloud (FSC) features including Person Accounts, Financial Accounts, Actionable Relationship Center (ARC), and Household models.

  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components as required.

  • Build reusable components and frameworks aligned with Salesforce best practices.

OmniStudio / Vlocity

  • Create guided user journeys using OmniScripts.

  • Design responsive UI components using FlexCards.

  • Implement efficient data orchestration using DataRaptors and Integration Procedures.

  • Integrate OmniStudio components with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.

Integrations & Data

  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems (e.g. core banking, CRM, document management).

  • Work with REST APIs, JSON, and platform events.

  • Support data migration and data quality initiatives.

Security, Performance & Quality

  • Apply Salesforce security models including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security.

  • Optimize performance and ensure scalability of OmniStudio components.

  • Perform unit testing, code reviews, and deployment activities.

  • Support CI/CD pipelines and environment management.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and UX designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint delivery.


Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

  • 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.

  • Strong hands-on experience with OmniStudio (Vlocity).

  • Proven experience implementing Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

  • Solid Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) skills.

  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and API design.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce data models and security best practices.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in banking, insurance, or wealth management.

  • Exposure to MuleSoft or other middleware platforms.

  • Knowledge of Experience Cloud.

  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services.


Certifications (Advantageous)

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I / II

  • Salesforce OmniStudio Developer

  • Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional
