Our Company is hiring a  Trainee Manager who will learn and assist in the day-to-day operations of the business, gaining leadership skills and operational knowledge to progress into a management role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, organising, and supervising daily operations.
  • Support the management team in meeting sales, service, and operational targets.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Learn and implement company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Prepare and analyse operational and sales reports.
  • Participate in training programs and performance reviews.

Qualifications:
  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent (Diploma/Degree in Business, Management, or related field advantageous).
  • Previous retail, hospitality, or supervisory experience beneficial but not essential.
  • Willingness to undergo structured training.
