Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator (Fixed Term) to administrate and coordinate renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and project agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Liaise with teams to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenditures.
  • Support procurement management in collaboration with the Project Manager.
  • Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to relevant stakeholders.
  • Use project management tools to track work hours, plans, and costs.
  • Issue legal paperwork such as contracts and agreements.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, environmental standards, and industry regulations.

Key Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality control processes.
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery, is advantageous.
  • South African citizenship preferred.
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 Certificate (minimum requirement).
  • BA in Business Administration or a related qualification (preferred).
