• Collaborate with event coordinators to design bespoke dining experiences.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance with health regulations.
• Manage inventory, budget, and supplier relationships to maintain efficiency.
• Monitor kitchen performance to uphold consistency and high standards.
• Address guest feedback promptly to enhance the banqueting experience.
