We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who can lead from the floor, inspire a passionate team, and deliver consistently excellent guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Champion daily operations: reservations, service flow, team management.

  • Lead, train, and motivate FOH staff to embody our service ethos.

  • Work closely with the Head chef & GM to ensure seamless coordination between FOH and BOH.

  • Uphold high standards of service, hygiene, and hospitality.

  • Analyze and optimize daily performance metrics eg turnover, covers, service timing.

  • Cultivate regulars, elevate guest experiences, and resolve complaints with flair.


You’ll Thrive In This Role If You Have

  • 3–5+ years of restaurant management experience (premium dining or luxury lifestyle brands).

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Strong operational and financial acumen (scheduling, budgets, ordering).

  • A hands-on, lead-from-the-front mentality.

  • A genuine love for people, food, and the magic created when they come together.
