Are you a strategic thinker with a strong eye for detail and numbers and a passion for food and beverage operations?

We're looking for a highly skilled and organised F&B and Stock Controller to:

  • Oversee all food & beverage inventory operations across multiple venues.

  • Monitor and manage stock levels, perform monthly stocktakes, and ensure accurate reconciliations.

  • Collaborate with chefs, procurement teams, and venue managers to maintain optimal stock levels and cost control.

  • Analyse consumption patterns and forecast future inventory needs.

  • Track and report on wastage, shrinkage, and stock variances.

  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.

  • Implement systems to ensure adherence to HACCP and food safety standards.

  • Assist in budgeting and monthly financial reporting.
