Our client is looking for a Sales Representative who is highly motivated, results-driven, and has a strong track record in sales, particularly in the FMCG sector, focusing on beverages. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. They should be adept at identifying new sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:

  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets by effectively promoting and selling beverage products to retailers and distributors.

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

  • Analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns.

  • Managing customer orders, ensuring accurate processing, and overseeing timely delivery.

  • Providing feedback from clients to enhance product offerings and reporting sales results to the management team.

  • Working closely with other team members, including the marketing and product development teams, to achieve collective goals.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage and influence customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry, with a focus on beverage products.

  • Experience in customer relationship management and direct sales.

  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Proven working experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector and specifically in beverages.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to travel as required.
