Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee and coordinate all on-site activities for construction projects in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8–10 years’ experience managing construction sites, with strong leadership capabilities and a solid track record of project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain workflow efficiency.

• Monitor progress against project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as needed.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards.

• Compile and submit project reports, updates, and documentation to senior management.

• Lead and motivate site personnel to achieve project goals and maintain high performance.

• Resolve any issues or delays on-site effectively and proactively.
