Project Manager – Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) – POS25243

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Electrical & Instrumentation Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale E&I projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and close-out — ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field.
  • PMP certification (mandatory).
  • Certified Electrical Engineer (CEE) or Certified Instrumentation Engineer (CIE).
  • 10+ years’ experience managing large-scale E&I/ECI projects.
  • Proven background in oil & gas, power generation, or similar industries.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes.
  • Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability.
  • Technically proficient in electrical and instrumentation.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all phases of E&I project delivery: planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out.
  • Oversee construction, project controls, QA/QC, HR/IR, resource planning, and P&L.
  • Prepare project-specific documentation, execution plans, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Manage client relationships and lead project meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
