Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Finishing Foreman to join their team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong track record in delivering high-end finishes, and the ability to lead site teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities on site, including painting, tiling, flooring, cabinetry, and final touch-ups.

Manage and direct subcontractors and artisans to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to deadlines.

Conduct site inspections to ensure all finishing work meets the required specifications and quality standards.

Identify and resolve any issues or defects promptly to avoid delays.

Work closely with the site manager and other team members to ensure smooth project handover.

Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and quality checks.

Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transport preferred.
