Our client is looking for an IT Sales/Account Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Identify sales opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline through lead generation.

  • Manage the 4-step B2B sales process (Identify, Connect, Explore, Advise).

  • Sell a diverse range of IT hardware products while staying updated on industry trends.

  • Exceed customer expectations by identifying and providing the best possible solutions.

  • Achieve individual KPIs and targets while tracking sales performance.

  • Maintain accurate records on Comma5 CRM, including client interactions and sales activities.

  • Ensure proper categorization of clients and manage the account application process for new customers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

  • Provide timely updates to clients on order processing and shipments.

  • Collaborate with the accounts team to follow up on payments.

  • Act as a mentor to support team growth in sales careers.

  • Ensure quick turnaround of quotes within one hour.

  • Serve as an ambassador for the company.
